Bridge Street toilets - survey

The public toilets in Bridge Street car park continue to suffer from misuse and petty vandalism, and currently cost the Town Council about an eighth of its entire budget. The Council has been discussing how best to deal with this, accepting that the current situation is not acceptable to users. Options include increasing staff attendance, installing CCTV to cover the doorways, using the Bedale Park toilets as our only public conveniences, or arranging with some Market Place cafes/pubs to allow non-customers to use their toilets, possibly with a small subsidy involved.

This one-question survey will help the Council make a decision about the future of the toilets, please let us know what you think. You can also leave a comment if you wish.
