March's Council meeting considered the problems at the Bridge Street toilets, and resolved to keep the men's and women's units closed until further notice. The accessible RADAR key unit will remain open, and the public toilets in Bedale Park will be open daily from dawn til dusk. Due to Judith Cockburn's retirement after eight years of sterling service, the Town Council is seeking applications for a new Assistant Clerk for 12 hours per week (Tuesday/Thursday daytimes plus at least one evening meeting per month.)
